To withdraw funds from the e-zwich card, users are advised to visit any nearby bank or e-zwich vendor. They should inform the teller that they want to load funds and check the payment slip to view the amount that has been paid into their e-zwich account. Users can then choose to withdraw all of the funds or leave some on the card for future use.

Service personnel have welcome the news and are hopeful that payments for subsequent months would be made soon.
