UNIVERSITY OF GHANA: HOW TO APPLY FOR STUDENT LOAN TRUST FUND

University of Ghana students interested in applying for the fund must first fill out a form on the university's S.T.S portal https://sts.ug.edu.gh/services/



 

It is important to note that, while the form is not a loan application, it serves as a means to send the applicant's information to the Student Loan Trust Fund. 


For detailed information and a step-by-step process on how to apply for a student loan, students are encouraged to visit the Student Loan Trust Fund website at https://www.sltf.gov.gh.

 

Some Necessary Documents:

  • A valid Ghana Card 
  • A student ID card or admission letter
  • A valid E-zwich card.

The main re-sit is limited to first-semester courses only.   2. Students who opt for main re-sit must take part in assessments which may include Interim Assessments ( I.A), assignments, and others relating to the registered re-sit course in addition to the end-of-semester examination.  3. The portal will be open from February 20th, 2023 to February 24th, 2023, providing students with an opportunity to register for supplementary re-sits. According to the University's academic calendar, the supplementary re-sit registration period is an essential component of the academic year.
