UG GRASAG: INTERIM MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE AND DEVELOPMENT FUND BOARD

On 25th January 2023, Prof. Gordon Awandare - the University of Ghana Pro-Vice Chancellor in charge of Student and Academic Affairs, successfully inaugurated an Interim Management Committee (IMC) for the Graduate Students' Association of Ghana (GRASAG - LEGON) and the UG GRASAG Development Fund Board.

At the inauguration ceremony, the Pro-Vice Chancellor urged the Interim Management Committee to facilitate the conduct of elections to ensure that among others, substantive GRASAG executives would be elected to manage the affairs of the Graduate Students' Association of Ghana ( GRASAG - LEGON).

Also present at the ceremony was Prof. Rosina Kyerematen - the University of Ghana Dean of Student Affairs who also complimented the outgone GRASAG Executives for their devotion towards the inauguration of the Development Fund Board. The Dean of Student Affairs congratulated the board members and emphasized the need for the board to be responsible for the smooth operations of the fund aimed at supporting needy Graduate students and serving as an alternative source of funding for graduate research.

The main re-sit is limited to first-semester courses only.   2. Students who opt for main re-sit must take part in assessments which may include Interim Assessments ( I.A), assignments, and others relating to the registered re-sit course in addition to the end-of-semester examination.  3. Students can log on to the University's S.T.S portal and pay for their re-sit registration fee. Alternatively, payment of the re-sit registration fee can be done at the University's Cash Office. Campus By: Siaw M. Bright   The University of Ghana has announced the opening of the portal for supplementary re-sit registration for the 2022/2023 academic year. The portal will be open from February 20th, 2023 to February 24th, 2023, providing students with an opportunity to register for supplementary re-sits. According to the University's academic calendar, the supplementary re-sit registration period is an essential component of the academic year. Bright  Established by Mr. David Mowbray Balme and founded in 1948 as the  University College of the Gold Coast – the University of Ghana is the oldest and largest University in Ghana with several lecture halls at specific locations within the University's main campus. Here are some of the University's lecture halls and directions that will help students locate each lecture hall easily. 1.
