DIRECTIONS TO SOME UNIVERSITY OF GHANA MAIN CAMPUS LECTURE HALLS

Established by Mr. David Mowbray Balme and founded in 1948 as the  University College of the Gold Coast – the University of Ghana is the oldest and largest University in Ghana with several lecture halls at specific locations within the University's main campus. Here are some of the University's lecture halls and directions that will help students locate each lecture hall easily.

1. GCB Main Lecture Building. The GCB lecture building is located off the Volta Hall-Business school road or beside the Department of Social Work.

2. JQB (JONES QUARTEY BUILDING). The JQB Building is situated close to the University's main entrance.

3. Central Cafeteria (CC). The CC - Central Cafeteria lecture hall is situated opposite the  UGSRC Union Building/Athletic Oval or in front of Mensah Sarbah Main Hall.

4. A1, B, G, G1, G3, G5, F4, and F5. These lecture halls can be located inside the University of Ghana Business School (UGBS).

5. NNB Lecture Hall. The New N. Block Lecture Building is located opposite the GCB Lecture Building or behind the Information Studies Department.

6. NB. The New Block lecture Building is situated near the Social Work or Political Science Department.

7. KAB ( K.A Busia). KAB can be located opposite the University of Ghana Law school.
