Source: Siaw M. Bright

Matriculation ceremonies are organized every academic year by the University of Ghana, the premier university in Ghana. The purpose of matriculation is to formally welcome freshmen and place their names on the roll of members of the University. It is involuntary for every freshman to participate in the matriculation ceremony, and most importantly sign the matriculation Oath. The checklists below are some important information first-year students must know about the University of Ghana matriculation.

1. Signing The matriculation Oath. Students are required to log on to the University of Ghana STS Portal and provide all the necessary information to complete the signing-in of the matriculation oath.

5. Where Can I Get The UG Matriculation Gown? Colleges will officially invite students to come for the matriculation gowns at a specified time and location. 7. Are Parents Permitted To Attend UG Matriculation? The virtual matriculation session is particularly meant for students' participation. However, parents or siblings can join the photoshoot session.
