UG Sakai is among the various online portals frequently used by University of Ghana Lecturers and Students. The platform is used by several universities across the globe to facilitate online teaching and learning. Sakai offers users the platform to frequently check announcements, download lecture slides, submit assignments, conduct text, and quizzes, engage in chat room conversation, join lecture groups, and many others.

 

As first-year University of Ghana students, navigating Sakai may be challenging but worry no more. Below is a video guide on navigating the University of Ghana Sakai Learning Management System (LMS).

The main re-sit is limited to first-semester courses only.   2. Students who opt for main re-sit must take part in assessments which may include Interim Assessments ( I.A), assignments, and others relating to the registered re-sit course in addition to the end-of-semester examination.  3. The portal will be open from February 20th, 2023 to February 24th, 2023, providing students with an opportunity to register for supplementary re-sits. According to the University's academic calendar, the supplementary re-sit registration period is an essential component of the academic year. Bright  Established by Mr. David Mowbray Balme and founded in 1948 as the  University College of the Gold Coast – the University of Ghana is the oldest and largest University in Ghana with several lecture halls at specific locations within the University's main campus. Here are some of the University's lecture halls and directions that will help students locate each lecture hall easily. 1.
